IP Casino recognizes team members for quality service30 December 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- IP Casino Resort and Spa recognized several outstanding team members for their service, dedication and work ethic in a ceremony honoring the Team Members of the Month for October. The ceremony was held on Wednesday, 16 November. October's recipients included front-of-house team members Adrienne Davis (Retail), Dorothy Hoye (Table Games) and Jessica Tiegland (Food & Beverage); and back-of-house team members Ramona Bleich (Finance), Stephanie Ladner (IT) and Glenn Murray, Jr. (Food & Beverage). The IP team member selection committee identifies deserving team members to acknowledge their commitment to Boyd Style for each month's Team Member of the Month, and the Part-Time and Team Leader of each quarter. All winners receive two show tickets, a recognition plaque, a special-edition name tag, a professional photo and recognition in both the front-of-house area and back-of-house area for the following month. In addition, one team member is recognized each month for his or her commitment to working safely with the Safety Spotlight Award. October's recipient was Johnathan Sheldon (Security), who attended the ceremony and received a certificate. Honorees are entered in a drawing to receive special prizes, including dining and parking specials, cash prizes, and the chance to attend an end-of-year banquet with Boyd Gaming Executive Chairman Bill Boyd. At the end-of-year banquet, one team member will be named the Team Member of the Year, and win an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Hawaii. |
