Iowa: Smoking ban back up for debate

To date casinos have been omitted from Iowa's smoking ban, but that could change this year, the report said.

Support for a smoking ban in casinos amongst Iowans stands at a hefty 63 percent, while casinos fear a ban will drive gamblers out the door to Native American casinos who would not be subject to the same restrictions under Iowa law, The Des Moines Register said.
