Iowa Casino Sale Expected Finalized Thursday

CLINTON, Iowa — As reported by the Quad-City Times: "The sale of Clinton's Mississippi Belle II casino to Wild Rose Entertainment is expected to be finalized Thursday.

"The sale is up for approval by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission at its meeting in Johnston.

"Wild Rose announced plans in April to buy the Clinton casino for $46.3 million.

"The Racing and Gaming Commission will vote Thursday on the transfer of the boat's gaming license to Wild Rose, company spokeswoman Jamie Buelt said…"
