Iowa casino do not have to pay out on jackpot24 April 2015WATERLOO, Iowa -- The Isle Casino Hotel do not have to pay a $41 million jackpot to a woman the Supreme Court has ruled, according to WCF Courier. The issue arose when a Miss Kitty penny slot machine malfunctioned and declared the woman had won over $41 million, the report said. The machine had a payout limit of $10,000 so the casino would not pay out because it was a computer glitch in the machine, the WCF Courier said. The gambler sued but the court found in favour of the casino, the report made note. |
