Inventor files lawsuit against Bally Gaming, International Game Technology, et al6 June 2011Dix Hills, NY -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Inventor Steven Brandstetter has filed a 347 page Complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District Of New York against slot machine makers Bally Gaming and International Game Technology and Acres Gaming. The civil action number is 2:11-cv-02594-JS-WDW. The causes of action alleged in the Complaint are fraud, conspiracy, and unjust enrichment. |
