InterXgaming - accepts U.S residents for the time-being

InterXgaming along with other international online Sportsbooks, Casinos and Poker rooms, have determined that for the time-being while no law has been passed making it illegal to play online, to accept U.S players.

Todd Wolf affiliate manager stated that "The legislation signed recently by President Bush, stating that credit card transactions to online gaming sites not be allowed, had no mention of actually gaming online, and therefore until that is legislated upon, we will continue to accept U.S players"

InterXgaming will always operate within the law and once any rulings are made outlawing online gaming in any region will abide by those rules.

In the meantime the Site continues to look for Non-U.S partners to continue expansion outside of the U.S. Our marketing strategy will be very aggressive across Europe, in some instances offering a 50/50 partnership of our Site to potential partners.
