Internet Gaming Vision Board Launched on Strip

25 October 2000

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (Press Release) --Oct. 25, 2000 --Did you hear about the earthquake in Las Vegas? The shaker was felt as Internet Visions was launched October 18, 2000 for the Las Vegas International Gaming Expo. A three-sided 14 ft by 26 ft electronic "Internet Gaming Vision Board" was launched in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, showcasing nine top Internet Casinos and Sportsbooks promoting Internet gaming 24 hours a day.

With all the bells and whistles of a typical Las Vegas hotel style billboard, this incredible state-of-the art graphics and video display confirms the massive market growth to the online gaming market in just a few short years.

Being that Internet gaming is such a controversial subject and is illegal in the state of Nevada, all eyes have been glued to this gigantic "Internet Gaming Vision Board" rotating each message every 90 seconds.

Ed Brown, VP of Marketing for Casino Ventures says, "There's over 100,000 gamblers that pass by this billboard daily and over 32,000,000 visitors to Las Vegas each year. Being this is a ground-breaking venture, the "Internet Gaming Vision Billboard" is flexing its muscles, and taking a huge stand to promote Internet Gaming to the largest gambling audience in the world?

”Smack dab in the living room of all the major land base casinos. Las Vegas is quaking in their boots! This is a very bold move and we realize it. Internet gambling has moved in to the global main stream as a credible form of entertainment with revenues to exceed $500 billion by 2004. It won't be long before we see all the major land base casinos opening their own Internet gaming sites" says Mr. Brown.
