Interblock signs major deal with Casinos du Quebec23 September 2015(PRESS RELEASE) -- Luxury gaming manufacturer Interblock has signed a major contract to install a mix of 170 of its electronic table games at the social gaming experience “La Zone,” located inside each of Casinos du Quebec's four locations. Interblock will provide a mix of its Diamond games for the highly interactive La Zone “casino inside a casino” at Casino de Charlevoix, Casino du Lac-Leamy, Casino de Montréal, and Casino de Mont Tremblant. The installation replaces a competitive product. “We are very excited to announce this transformational deal with Casinos du Quebec,” said Interblock CEO John Connelly. “Interblock’s luxury electronic table games are inherently social by nature and have the ability to cross demographic thresholds rarely seen within the casino industry before. We are excited to have the opportunity to work so closely with such a visionary operator.” La Zone is a multi-game space with live hosts, interactive terminals to play alone or in a group, and decor that changes according to the lights and sounds. The experience creates a festive atmosphere by night, and a calmer one by day. With Interblock’s interactive Play Stations, patrons can play a variety of virtual automated or live games, on their own or with friends. La Zone patrons can follow the game and the results live on giant screens as DJs and hosts help to create a fully immersive, social gaming experience.
