InterAmerican Gaming signs Peru contract

20 June 2008

TORONTO, Ontario -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Racino Royale, Inc. (OTCBB: RCNR), a company focused on identifying and developing gaming opportunities, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, InterAmerican Gaming Corp. has received its first order of slot machines in Lima, Peru. IAG-Peru S.A.C., a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAG, was created to finance, manage and operate the slot machine side of the business and in turn will be responsible for positioning them at the most effective and judicious sites.

In due course, the slots will be placed in strategic casino locations as per the agreement made in April with Mixtel, S.A.C., a Peruvian company licensed for importation and commercialization of slot machines in that country.

"This is one of the first steps in generating revenue for the company," said John Simmonds, Chairman and CEO of IAG today. "I've said before, the agreement with Mixtel was a significant move. Their experience and position in the market make them an ideal gaming partner for us in Latin America. Now that the slot machines have arrived, we will be able to realize the benefits of this relationship."
