Indiana: Senate approves riverboat bill6 April 2011INDIANAPOLIS -- A State Senate bill that has been approved by the Senate could see riverboat casinos allowed to be permanently docked, according to the Indiana Courier-Journal. Senate Bill 47 now needs to be signed by the Governor for full approval, the report explained. 10 out 13 state casinos will float on water, but do not have to move which will save the industry a million dollars per year, according to the Indiana Courier-Journal. |
