Indiana City Council names four members to gambling panel29 December 2006JEFFERSONVILLE, Indiana -- As reported by the Courier-Journal: "The Jeffersonville, Ind., City Council chose four council members Friday to serve on the newly-created Jeffersonville Riverboat Gaming Authority. "The council created the authority to negotiate with casino companies interested in operating in Clark County after the passage of a referendum in November allowing casinos to locate in the county.
