Indiana Casinos Issued Subpoenas

INDIANA – As reported by the Anderson Herald Bulletin: "Subpoenas have been issued to four Indiana casinos as part of a state police investigation into allegations of missing money from the Anderson Fraternal Order of Police.

"Subpoenas were issued on Wednesday to Caesar's, the Grand Victoria, Argosy and Harrah's along with the Madison County Federal Credit Union.

"Prosecutor Rodney Cummings said the subpoenas are for gaming receipts, number of trips, complimentary gifts and won-loss statements for at least one person involved with the financial transactions of the FOP.

"Subpoenas have also been issued for the FOP bank records for the past six months, he said.

"…The FOP is the union that represents members of the Anderson Police Department, Madison County Sheriff's Department and other law enforcement agencies in Madison County…"
