Indian Head Casino shuts down after worker tests positive for COVID-19

9 July 2020

Indian Head Casino in Warm Springs, Oregon announced on 8 July that it will close until further notice, less than three weeks after reopening.

The casino resumed operations on 18 June after a three-month closure. According to a report by KTVZ.com, the casino closed on Wednesday after "a staff member’s positive test result was confirmed through contact tracing."

The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs property was originally scheduled to resume operations on 11 June, but delayed the reopening another week. Upon reopening, the casino had limited hours and seating and masks were required.
