Illinois: Senate sends gambling bill to Quinn1 June 2012ILLINOIS -- The Illinois Senate has sent Senate Bill 1849 to Governor Pat Quinn, the Herald-Review reported. The Senate approved the bill which will see significant gambling expansion, the report said. Quinn, however, has stated his opposition and may well veto the bill, though he supports a casino in Chicago, the Herald-Review report mentioned. |
