Illinois Gov. keeping mum on whether he'll sign legislation27 August 2012ILLINOIS -- Gov. Pat Quinn is keeping mum until tomorrow on whether he will sign gambling legislation into law, the Chicago Daily Herald reported. In the event Quinn chooses not sign the legislation, he has the choice of a veto or a rewrite, the report said.
