iGaming Leader appoints Michael Baker-Mosley as Fractional Chief Growth Officer16 September 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- iGaming Leader, the executive peer group supporting leaders across the global iGaming industry to accelerate their careers, businesses and personal ambitions, has appointed Michael Baker-Mosley as Fractional Chief Growth Officer as the organization enters its next phase of growth. Baker-Mosley joins the wider iGaming Leader team and will lead the growth strategy for the business, working alongside founder Leo Judkins to build its approach to member acquisition, sales and marketing and expand the reach of the Mastermind across the industry. The appointment marks an important step in the evolution of iGaming Leader. Judkins will spend more time enhancing the Mastermind offering for current and future members, while Baker-Mosley will build out the commercial engine behind the business and its approach to sustainable member growth. Formerly Chief Marketing Officer at iGP and previously a senior marketing leader at Kambi, Baker-Mosley has built and scaled B2B brands and marketing functions across the iGaming industry. He also brings a first-hand understanding of the Mastermind itself, having been a member for the past 18 months. The appointment forms part of Baker-Mosley's wider push to work directly with founders and leadership teams on growing their businesses through Triumph B2B, his growth and marketing consultancy. Leo Judkins, founder of iGaming Leader, said: “Over the last few years, we have built the Mastermind into something I am incredibly proud of, but I still believe we are only scratching the surface of what it can become. There is enormous potential to develop the offering further, create more opportunities for our members and bring the Mastermind to more of the industry's leaders. “The Mastermind has always been a labour of love for me, so adding someone to the team in such an important role was a significant decision. Michael has been part of the Mastermind for the last 18 months, so he already understands what makes it work and why our members value it. During that time, I've also seen first-hand how he thinks about business growth and the standard he holds himself to. “Having someone with Michael's commercial and marketing experience is important, but having somebody who genuinely believes in what we are building matters just as much.
