Horseshoe Tunica announces temporary closure17 March 2020(PRESS RELEASE) -- Today, the Mississippi Gaming Commission ordered the state’s casinos, including Horseshoe Casino & Hotel - Tunica, to suspend gaming operations beginning at 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 17 March 2020. The decision was made out of concern for the public health. To be clear, there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at Horseshoe Tunica to date. However, it will close to the public beginning Tuesday. Horseshoe Tunica looks forward to working with the Mississippi Gaming Commission to guarantee a smooth closing process on Tuesday and will reopen as soon as the Mississippi Gaming Commission determines it is appropriate to do so. |
