Horseshoe casino to open on time, on target

CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati's Horseshoe Casino will open on time and within the planned budget, WKRC reported.

The casino is due to open in a year's time and so far no delays are envisaged despite a recent safety infraction where a floor collapsed, the report said.

The casino is projected to provide 1700 jobs and approx $100 million for government coffers, WKRC said.
