Hong Kong Tourism Campaign Aimed at Racing Fans

HONG KONG – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "The Hong Kong Tourism Board has created the Equine Delight Tour to promote the island's racing program and give visitors an opportunity to meet jockeys and some of the racehorses.

"Bonnie Nagan, board general manager of corporate communications and public relations, told the Chinese news service Xinhua that a survey showed that 13% of international tourists indicate an interest in Hong Kong horse racing.

"The new tour will give visitors, including those from mainland China, a behind-the-scenes look at racetrack operations as well as time to visit with participants…"
