Hofbrauhaus Opens

Hofbrauhaus' opening day was Saturday. The Hofbrauhaus is at Paradise Road and Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas.

The more than 18,000-square-foot building features an indoor "biergarten" and beer hall. The restaurant and beer hall will import its beer directly from the original Hofbrauhaus in Munich, Germany. Owners and brothers Stefan and Klaus Gastager and their families will manage the restaurant. R&O Construction was the general contractor.
