Hitman Charged in Australia Casino Fight

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australia Herald Sun: "Accused underworld hitman Victor Brincat threatened to put a bullet in a security guard's head during a brawl at the Crown casino complex, a court heard yesterday.

"Mr Brincat gathered with friends, including Carl Williams, at Heat nightclub on his birthday on August 3 last year.

"Melbourne Magistrates' Court was told that around 3am, a fight erupted involving at least 50 people including Mr Brincat, his girlfriend, Michelle Mircieca, Graham Moore, Jim Frengos and Peter Mai.

"…The court heard Mr Brincat twice bit a security guard on the wrist as they grappled, and that he then allegedly said to another guard: 'Back off or I'll put a bullet in your head.'

"…Ms Mircieca, 36, of St Albans, Mr Mai, of Sunshine West, and Mr Frengos, 32, of Glenroy, all face charges including affray and assault…"
