Head of Swedish Gambling Authority is extended1 June 2023(PRESS RELEASE) -- On 17 May, the Swedish Government decided that Camilla Rosenberg will have her appointment as Director General and Head of the Swedish Gambling Authority. The position is valid until 31 October 2026. - It feels good to continue working on launching the various parts of the reform and taking the continued important steps for a well-functioning Swedish gaming market, says Camilla Rosenberg. In October 2017, Camilla Rosenberg was appointed Director General of the then Swedish Gambling Authority. In connection with the re-regulation of the Swedish gaming market, the authority changed its name to Spelinspektionen in 2019.
