Harrah's Testing Flights

MESA, Arizona – As reported by the Associated Press: "Harrah's will test the market for flights from Williams Gateway Airport to its casino in Reno and Lake Tahoe.

"…Harrah's Reno plans a test charter flight that will leave the airport in southeast Mesa on Nov. 19 and return Nov. 22, The Arizona Republic reported on its website Monday.

"…A 2000 analysis by the airport showed that it would become more profitable by offering passenger service than by relying on general aviation or cargo service…"
