Harrah's exits on Sumner Co. casino

SUMNER COUNTY, Kansas -- Harrah's has pulled out on their proposal to build a casino near Mulvane, KSN reported.

Harrah's were proposing to build a $260 million casino, KSN said.

The is no official explanation why, but the Kansas Lottery speculated Harrah's may wish to protect their other properties before further expansion, KSN reported.
