Hard Rock Atlantic City reveals dining options

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Set on 17 acres, with the legendary Atlantic City Boardwalk at its backdrop, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Atlantic City will celebrate its Grand Opening on Thursday, 28 June 2018, marking its debut as Atlantic City’s premier entertainment destination. The music-inspired property offers lavish accommodations and luxury amenities, boasting more than 20 food and beverage offerings, featuring innovative menus and highlighting fresh, world-class cuisine and award-winning wine lists.

"We’re excited to bring a diverse range of culinary experiences to our guests and to the Atlantic City Boardwalk – a place that’s been home to our Hard Rock Cafe for more than 20 years,” said Matt Harkness, president of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. "We’re also thrilled to debut the new 400-seat Hard Rock Cafe, which features indoor and outdoor live music stages and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.”

Guests can make a reservation at Council Oak Fish, a seafood forward rendition of its sister restaurants at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casinos in Florida. The restaurant celebrates the Northeast’s freshest catch, featuring a local raw bar, wood fired kitchen, shellfish pots, and dry aged prime cuts. The refined, nautical interior pays homage to the classic seafood restaurants made famous by the Northeast, featuring a live music lounge, wine tasting room, airy beach views, and an open kitchen. Private dining rooms accommodate groups both large and small.

Kuro, the new style Japanese restaurant, features contemporary artisanal dishes using locally sourced and imported ingredients directly from Japan. Menu items boast bold and complex flavors that are balanced and harmonious and designed with sharing in mind. Inspired by its culinary offerings, Kuro’s beverage program includes hand crafted cocktails using fresh ingredients in modern recipes with hints of classic flavors that are divided into five sections based on the 5 basic tastes – sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami. The restaurant serves Japanese imported and local craft beers, Japanese whiskeys, shochu, 30 sake brands and 110 wine labels.

Listed as the “The Most Instagrammed Restaurant in the United States” in 2016, Sugar Factory will be making its Hard Rock debut in Atlantic City with its floor-to-ceiling candy wall, making this hyper-sweet eatery the perfect place for families to celebrate any occasion. Completing the confectionary, the restaurant also offers specialty beverages and homemade doughnuts and pastries, in addition to signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream, along with Sugar Factory’s signature 64 oz. alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets, a favorite of world-renowned celebrities such as Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Drake and Jennifer Lopez.

Rustic Italian flavors will be served at Il Mulino, spotlighting Old World Italian food made with quality fish, lamb, and cured meats along with fresh homemade cheeses and pastas.

For those seeking a modern, high-energy, Chinese restaurant, Song serves up dishes from all regions of China. The name Song means “to give a present” in Chinese, which alludes to Hard Rock’s musical roots and imbues the space with an atmosphere of familial sharing. The modern design is Hong Kong inspired.

YOUYU Noodle Bar, focuses on freshly made noodles and savory broths inspired by Asian street food; Constant Grind, serving up freshly brewed roasts, home baked goods and New Jersey’s favorite sandwiches. Sun seekers at Hard Rock can meet up at the Hard Rock Beach Bar. The J Bar, serves cold pressed juice, acai bowls, and smoothies.

Fresh Harvest Buffet is the place to embark on a culinary tour of the world where every meal is a show stopping chef's performance. The Fresh Harvest Buffet brings guests live action cooking and carving stations, brick oven pizzas, dim sum, delicious desserts and everything in between.

The property will boast many other lounge and dining options, appealing to every vibe and even the most discerning taste buds.
