Guocoland Withdraws Singapore Casino Bid

SINGAPORE – As reported by Dow Jones: "Property developer Guocoland Ltd. (F17.SG) said Wednesday it has withdrawn from the bidding to develop a casino resort at Singapore's Marina Bay.

"The company, whose chances of winning the tender have never been highly rated by analysts, said it decided to pull out after evaluating the terms and conditions that the government would impose on the developer…"
