Guests sue Aria24 August 2011LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- Six guests who contracted Legionnaire's disease while staying at the Aria have sued the company and its builder, Vegas Inc reported. There were increased levels of the Legionella bacteria in some rooms between June 21- July 4, 2011, the report explained. MGM Resorts issued a statement saying they intend to vigorously defend themselves and countering that they have been careful to inform guests and have reimbursed "legitimate" medical expenses, Vegas Inc reported.
