Grosvenor casino staff walk out

UNITED KINGDOM – As reported by the BBC News: "Croupiers, cashiers, valets and restaurant workers at Grosvenor Casinos in London walked out for 24 hours from Thursday morning.

"The Transport and General Workers' Union said there had been no progress in resolving the row over an increase to a 3.5% pay offer.

"Grosvenor Casinos said it was disappointed with the union but said it would be 'business as usual'.

"The union held its first strike over the issue last month when it claimed about 350 workers went on strike. The company said it was just 73…"
