(PRESS RELEASE) -- Greyhound Casino & Tavern, located a short drive from Boston just over the Massachusetts border, announces today that it will become the first gaming venue in New Hampshire to introduce Stadium Gaming inside the recently renovated casino.

Developed by industry leader Scientific Games, the electronic, stadium-style games were unveiled in Seabrook, NH on 7 June. This interactive table game experience features live dealers and the ability to switch between multiple games, using a touchscreen on an individual player terminal.

“We’re thrilled to be the first casino in New Hampshire to provide this ultra-modern technology to our guests,” said Chief Operating Officer Andre Carrier. “Stadium Games have been a huge hit in other casinos across the country because they appeal to a wide range of players. As a result, we wanted to make them available here in New Hampshire.”

Stadium Game technology allows players to switch and play multiple live table games without ever leaving their seat. The first two games available will be Casino War and roulette. Casino War is wildly popular because it is one of the easiest table games to understand. Roulette is, of course, well-known, using the traditional double zero wheel and rules, but, in this case, played on an electronic table. These new games will provide an immersive experience not available anywhere else in the Granite State.

“We are very excited to deploy the first dealer-assisted electronic table game installation in the state of New Hampshire at Greyhound Casino & Tavern,” said Chris Wester, product director at Scientific Games. “Fusion Hybrid, with its encompassed titles, has become a player-favorite across the country and we look forward to seeing the results at Greyhound.”

The Greyhound Casino & Tavern, which opened after a complete remodel in April, donates 35% of all casino revenue to local charities. It is the first phase of an extensive, complete remodel that is currently underway at Seabrook Park, a 90,000-square-foot facility that offers simulcast racing seven days a week. In addition to a lively poker room that has a regular schedule of daily tournaments and giveaways, Greyhound Casino & Tavern also offers table games such as blackjack, roulette, and Mississippi Stud. The tavern is decorated with Boston sports memorabilia, has dozens of high-def televisions, and a new menu overseen by renowned restaurateurs Joe and Angie Sorge. The Sorges are widely known for restaurants such as AJ Bombers and Smoke Shack and their nationally recognized, award-winning burger that is now featured at the Greyhound Casino & Tavern.

In February, the 75-acre property was purchased by Nevada-based Eureka Casino Resort, a 100% employee-owned company that is spearheading a year-long redevelopment of the entire venue. The reimagined property will again be the regional entertainment destination it once was.

“Stadium Games are a perfect addition to The Greyhound Casino & Tavern, and we have plans to continue to bring in more gaming and non-gaming amenities in the coming weeks and months as we welcome both locals and those vacationing in the area this summer,” added Carrier.
