Great choices for Easter Sunday diners at Pala

PALA, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Easter Sunday diners will enjoy a culinary cornucopia March 31 at Choices the Buffet at Pala Casino Resort and Spa.

From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., in addition to its eight serving stations, Choices will offer diners Chilled Snow Crab Clusters, Steamed Alaskan King Crab, Carved Mint Rack of Lamb, Herb Baked Salmon, Asian Roasted Duck, Medallion Sword Fish, Canadian Lobster Tail, Cherry Glazed Easter Ham, Oysters on the Half Shell and Carved Balsamic Turkey Breast. And don’t forget Chef Albert Cruz’s selection of over 80 desserts. A limited brunch from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. also will be served.

Feasting can begin for $38 per person. Pala Privileges card members and one guest can enjoy Easter Sunday at Choices for $30.40 per person; Gold level cardholders and one guest, $26.60 per person; Platinum, $19 and Elite members and one guest are free. Reservations are accepted for parties of eight or more. Call 760-510-2299.
