Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley to reopeon on 1 June
28 May 2020
Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley will be reopening on 1 June. Below are some of the health and safety protocols being implemented at the Minnesota resorts.
- All Guests must enter through the main casino entrance at each property.
- We’ll be using non-invasive thermal cameras to scan your temperature. Associates will also have temperature checks before the start of each shift.
- Anyone with a temperature over 100°F will be given a second screening. Nobody with a temperature of 100°F or higher will be allowed to enter. Anyone refusing a temperature reading will not be admitted.
- Secondary screenings may also happen if Guests or Associates appear to have visible symptoms like coughing or difficulty breathing. The first responders at Grand Casino are trained to address any visible symptoms and direct the individual to the right care if needed.
- We are asking all Guests and Associates who know they are not feeling well to stay home.
- We ask that Guests stand at least six feet away from other groups not traveling with them while standing in lines, using elevators, or moving around the property.
- Associates are also practicing social distancing by standing at least six feet way from Guests and other Associates whenever possible.
- Casino occupancy limits will be closely monitored.
