RANCO MIRAGE, Calif. (PRESS RELEASE) -- Gaming and hospitality leader C.J. Graham joins Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa as its new general manager.

Graham has more than two decades of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, including senior-level positions at The Palms Casino Resort, Wynn Las Vegas and Flamingo Las Vegas. While at the Palms, Graham ushered in the first Playboy Club to open in 25 years. Most recently, Graham served as general manager of Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, Calif. He managed all hotel, casino and non-gaming operations, while leading 2,500 team members and keeping operations steady, during a $700-million expansion.

"I am very happy to be a part of a well-respected and dedicated team at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa," Graham said. "I look forward to working with team members to maintain the stellar reputation of this property and becoming an active participant in the desert community."

Before entering the gaming industry, Graham served as an infantry platoon sergeant in the U.S. Army.

"These years taught me much about the importance of teamwork and results-oriented leadership, which includes leading by example and demonstrating respect for others," Graham said.

Graham's numerous awards and accolades include "Business Person of the Year 2012" and "Caesar's Entertainment Emperor's Award Winner 2003." He also edged out 50,000 employees to win "Caesar's Entertainment Creative Management Award 2003."
