GLI names new development representative for Oklahoma13 August 2013LAS VEGAS (PRESS RELEASE) -– Gaming Laboratories International, LLC (GLI), the world's leading gaming technical consulting and independent certification laboratory, has named longtime gaming expert Joseph Cox the company's new development representative in Oklahoma. In his position, Cox will oversee GLI's tribal gaming development efforts in the Oklahoma area. Cox will be based in Tulsa, putting him on the ground with tribes throughout the region. "We are thrilled to have Joe on GLI's development team," said GLI director of development Michael Price. "His depth of experience with a major supplier coupled with his direct experience interacting with operators will benefit our clients as well as our other team members. We are also excited to have him stationed directly in Oklahoma where he will be able to quickly respond to client needs throughout the State and region." Cox has a long history in gaming, dating back to when he began his career at International Game Technology (IGT). Most recently he served IGT as Account Manager in the Oklahoma market, where he worked closely with tribes throughout the state, consulting on their gaming operations relating to both games and systems. He has served in numerous positions at IGT, starting as a Field Service Technician and working his way up to Account Manager, achieving record sales goals for his region and becoming intimately familiar with operator needs. He also served four years in the U.S. Air Force. Cox will be meeting with clients in GLI's booth #401 at the OIGA Conference and Trade Show. GLI is a proud associate member of OIGA.
