Gila River Casinos celebrate St. Patrick's Day13 February 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Get your green on this St. Patrick’s Day and head to Gila River Hotels & Casinos - Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, Lone Butte Casino and Vee Quiva Hotel & Casino for a celebratory three-course meal at Fullhouse Café. For just $17, guests can enjoy a menu of Irish-inspired dishes available at all three Fullhouse Café locations. To start, guests can choose an Irish pub salad or potato leek soup.
