Gila River adds benefits to THE Card

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Gila River Hotels & Casinos, including Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, Lone Butte Casino and Vee Quiva Hotel and Casino, announced today it is adding more benefits and discounts to its Players Club program for guests to take advantage of when using THE Card by Gila River Casinos.

"The response to the launch of THE Card was overwhelming last year," said Kenneth Manuel, CEO of Gila River Gaming Enterprises, Inc. "We are thrilled to continue that momentum by providing even more added benefits and discounts for our Players Club cardholders."

THE Card features Emerald, Ruby, Gold and Platinum tiers that offer exciting perks and benefits. The more points guests earn, the higher their status and access to exclusive perks.

The newest benefits THE Card offers include using comps toward:
  • Gasoline purchases at select Chevron gas stations.
  • Golfing at Toka Sticks Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona.
  • Hotel rooms at Four Points by Sheraton at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
New discounts for THE Card holders:

  • 20% off all State Forty Eight apparel. Purchase online at www.statefortyeight.com, promo code: THECARD.
THE Card is not property-specific. All points earned with THE Card count toward a guest's rewards status and can be used at any of the three Gila River properties.

The number of base points a guest earns annually determines their status. The higher a guest's status, the more exclusive the perks. At any time during the year, if a guest earns enough base points to qualify for a higher tier status, they will receive a new card. At the end of the year, the guest's base points will be tallied and their status for the next year will be determined.
