Get The Holidays Started With $50,000 Up For Grabs

TEMECULA, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- The early winter months can mean a lot of running around with going to holiday parties, shopping for presents, fighting the crowds at the mall (and practically everywhere else for that matter), getting the house ready for guests and many more items on Santa's laundry list of things to do. The Pechanga Poker Room offers you a time out, a respite from the hustle and bustle of the approaching weeks with the "Novemberfest 2006 Poker Tournament."

Held in the Pechanga Grand Ballroom, players stand to win more than 50-grand in cash prizes from this separate event, two-day tournament. On November 3rd at 6:30p.m., the $20,000 No Limit Hold 'Em Guarantee gets underway. For a $125 buy-in, poker guests can use the latest strategies to knock out their opponents and take home the biggest piece of the prize pool.

On Saturday, November 4th at 4:00p.m., $30,000 is at stake in the No Limit Hold 'Em $150 buy-in tournament. No rebuys are allowed for either Novemberfest 2006 tournament. Registration begins October 15, 2006 inside the Pechanga Poker Room and entry fee includes a $5.00 service fee.

The Pechanga Poker Room also features live action poker, as well as daily tournaments with high stakes and low buy-ins starting at 10:00a.m. every day. If players want to brush up on their poker skills, it's as easy as stopping into the Poker Room at 9:00a.m. on weekdays and signing up for a free lesson.

The Pechanga Poker Room features 52-tables, a completely non-smoking environment and a dedicated kitchen from which players are served gourmet, yet easy-to-eat meals, tableside.
