Georgian Wins Cash for Life Jackpot at IP

BILOXI, Mississippi – As reported by the Sun Herald: ``A 42-year-old Georgia man became the second person in the nation to win a Cash for Life jackpot when he hit a $1,160,540.48 prize at Imperial Palace.

``Will Carl Riggins, an orthopedic technician from Albany, Ga., has the option of a lump sum payment or collecting $1,140 a week for the rest of his life.

``Riggins was playing a $1 Cash for Life Rich & Famous slot machine at the Back Bay resort Saturday when he hit the jackpot. He had been playing for about 45 minutes and had won $350.

``…Riggins said he hadn't decided on the lump sum payment or the lifetime reward. "I plan to pay off some bills and then take it one step at a time," he said…"
