Georgia: House Bill 2 introduced27 March 2015GEORGIA -- House Republican Ron Stephens, one of six sponsors, has introduced House Bill 2 in the Georgia General Assembly. House Bill 2 will create an amendment to Title 50 of the O.C.G.A. that will provide for pari-mutuel wagering or betting on horse racing in the state. The Bill will also provide for the establishment of the Georgia Racing Commission, establish and provide for the Georgia Breeders Funds and more. |
