Gaughan Honored

LAS VEGAS -- Michael Gaughan, chairman of Coast Resorts, was honored during a Temple Beth Shalom reception at Coast's Suncoast hotel-casino in Las Vegas on Sunday. Gaughan was honored as the Temple Beth Shalom Man of the Year, which is awarded to a person who has influenced the community and the temple.

Among his efforts, Gaughan has sponsored events at Coast's Orleans property for both the temple and the Jewish Community Center. He has also sponsored the Las Vegas Celebration of Jewish Films at the Suncoast.
