Gateway Casinos Reports Cash Distribution

BURNABY, British Columbia – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Gateway Casinos Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: GCI.UN) is pleased to announce a cash distribution of $0.105 per unit for the month of September 2004. The distribution will be paid to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 26, 2004 and will be payable on October 29, 2004.
