Gamusoft LP penalized by Ksa

17 April 2025

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Dutch Gaming Authority (Ksa) imposed a penalty payment on Gamusoft LP for offering illegal games of chance to Dutch players via the website csgofast.com. With this burden under penalty, the Ksa demands that Gamusoft LP stop the illegal offer immediately and stop it. If the provider does not comply, a penalty of €280,000 per week will be imposed, up to a maximum of €840,000.

On the website under investigation, it was possible to create a player account from the Netherlands, make deposits and participate in the illegal games of chance offered. No technical measures have been taken to prevent participation from the Netherlands.

The Netherlands has a regulated gambling market to better protect players. The Ksa is therefore cracking down on illegal offer. With a penalty payment, illegal supply is often quickly stopped. Providers may be fined for the period during which the illegal offer was available.
