Gaming commission gives Siena small lifeline2 July 2010RENO, Nevada -- Reno's Siena Casino has been given a pause in the suspension of its gaming licence, according to the Reno Gazette-Journal. The respite requires that the casino maintain $230,000 to pay out winners, the report said. If the casino fails to maintain that amount it will face instant closure, The Reno Gazette-Journal report said. The gaming commission insisted $150,000 in tax and fees owed be paid before July 22, 2010. The property is currently negotiating for Cal Neva to take over casino operations, The Reno Gazette-Journal report stated. |
