GameCo announces bar top variations of video game gambling machines28 September 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- GameCo, Inc., creator of the world's first skill-based Video Game Gambling Machines (VGM), will debut a new multigame bartop cabinet (Bartop VGM) with five games at the 17th annual Global Gaming Expo (G2E), to be held at the Sands Expo and Convention Center (Booth #5034) in Las Vegas, Nevada from 3-5 October. GameCo's new Bartop VGM games include Steve Aoki's Neon Dream, an infinite runner game featuring Grammy Award-nominated DJ, Steve Aoki. GameCo's new Bartop VGM is the first gaming device to bring skill-based video games into the casino in a bar-ready form factor. The Bartop VGM bridges the gap between the casual games players have come to enjoy and a gambling experience in a relaxed and social atmosphere. The Bartop VGM, which builds on the decades of success of video poker and video blackjack traditionally featured in a similar form factor, offers multi-game options in one product, with featured games including matching, sports, puzzle and hidden object games. The Bartop VGM also provides for a highly social experience as players can collaborate with friends, making the games more engaging and providing for a bonding experience at the bar. "A casino operator's ability to generate incremental gaming revenue is not only dependent on featuring new types of games that can attract new players, but also on providing these solutions in areas of the casino off of the gaming floor where guests also congregate," said Blaine Graboyes, co-founder and CEO of GameCo. "We expect our new skill-based gaming entertainment offerings that are based on very popular genres of casual games genres and featured in our new Bartop VGM will help our customers provide new gaming entertainment experiences for guests even when they are not on the gaming floor, which can help deliver incremental revenue. Our Bartop VGM and unique skill-based games will help to reinvigorate the bartop form factor with the introduction of real money skill gambling games that players can enjoy in relaxed and social environments." New Gen 2 games for the Bartop VGM debuting at G2E 2017 include:
GameCo's Bartop VGM games are all skill-based games that take between 30-60 seconds to play and provide significant replay value with thousands (or even an infinite) amount of permutations. Players are able to win more as their skill increases. More information on the GameCo bartops and other activities at G2E can be found on the website.
