Gamblers bet $39.7 million on slots at Erie casino2 March 2011ERIE, Pennsylvania -- $39.7 million was gambled on slots at Presque Isle Downs the week of Feb 21-27 according to the Erie Times-News. Gross revenue was $3.1 million which after promotions sent $1.7 million to the state and $1.4 million to the casino, the report said. Revenue was up on a comparable week a year ago, the Erie Times-News made note. |
