Full House Resorts Expands Delaware Slots Operation

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Full House Resorts, Inc. (Amex: FLL), through its subsidiary, Gaming Entertainment (Delaware), LLC ("GED"), manages Midway Slots and Simulcast at Harrington Raceway in Harrington, Delaware. GED is 50% owned by Full House and 50% by Harrington Raceway, Inc. Full House is pleased to announce plans for an expansion of the facility. Pending all necessary approvals, the expansion will include an additional 66,630 square feet to the facility's existing 75,128 square feet with approximately 500 gaming machines in addition to the 1,581 currently in operation. In part this expansion is made possible by the new law increasing the number of authorized gaming machines from 2,500 to 4,000 at each of the three Delaware facilities.

As Patti Key, Chief Financial Officer of Harrington Raceway stated to the Journal of Harrington at a presentation to the Kent County Regional Planning Commission, "It's an upgrade of the facility."

Andre M. Hilliou, Chief Executive Officer of Full House said, "Our recent expansion has been very well received and most successful and we expect this expansion, when and if approved, will be equally successful."
