Full House Resorts Adds Games at Midway Slots31 January 2005LAS VEGAS –(PRESS RELEASE) -- Full House Resorts, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FHRI) announced today that its 50% owned subsidiary, Gaming Entertainment Delaware, LLC, manager of Midway Slots and Simulcast, has received approval from the owner, Harrington Raceway, Inc., to expand its gaming floor at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in central Delaware. The expansion will include approximately 140 additional Video Lottery Terminals and is expected to be accretive to the Company's earnings by $.01 to $.02 per share. Andre Hilliou, Chief Executive Officer of Full House, stated his great pleasure at this approval. "Since joining Full House last March, I have had the pleasure to work closely with Midway's Oversight Committee and Harrington Raceway's Board of Directors, who have shown dedication and sincere commitment to improving the operations at the State Fairgrounds. This promises to be just the first step in making Midway Slots the premiere facility in Delaware." Full House Resorts, Inc. develops and manages gaming facilities. The Company has a management agreement with the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi for the development and management of a first-class casino resort in the Battle Creek, Michigan area, which is presently under development. Full House also manages Midway Slots and Simulcast at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, Delaware. Midway Slots and Simulcast has a total of approximately 1,400 gaming devices, a 450-seat buffet, a 50-seat diner and an entertainment lounge area. Additionally, the Company is actively pursuing other Indian and non-Indian gaming development and management opportunities. |
