Full House Games Approved for Delaware

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) --Full House Resorts, Inc. (Amex: FLL) today announced that the Delaware Lottery has approved multi-player electronic versions of table games for use in the state and has issued Requests for Proposals to game manufacturers to supply the games to the three licensed video lottery operators. Full House Resorts, through its subsidiary, Gaming Entertainment (Delaware), LLC ("GED"), manages Midway Slots and Simulcast at Harrington Raceway, one of the three licensed operators. GED is 50% owned by Full House and 50% by Harrington Raceway, Inc.

Midway Slots and Simulcast will add a total of 60 player stations to their existing 1,581 games. On April 25, 2006, the Harrington Raceway board approved the demolition of the Carousel Lounge to accommodate 12 of the multi-player games, each with 5 seats. The games will be installed as soon as the Lottery finalizes manufacturing contracts and the games can be shipped, expected this September. Multi-player games have received a lot of attention recently from gaming analysts due to high profile acquisitions by manufacturers and approvals from various racino jurisdictions.

The Carousel Lounge was slated for demolition as part of the previously announced $35 million reconstruction and expansion of Midway Slots and Simulcast. This expansion will result in 2,000 player stations, a 300 seat multi-purpose room, a remodeled and modernized 50 seat steakhouse, an 80 seat bar, a new 364 seat buffet and a 118 seat coffee shop / deli. An additional 426 parking spaces will be added with all car parking within 800 feet of the entrance. In addition, there will be parking for 28 buses.
