Fugitive who collected lottery prize nabbed

KALISPELL, Montana -- A lottery prize winning fugitive has been arrested in Montana, according to NBC Montana.

Robert Stayton managed to collect a $10,000 lottery win despite being wanted on drug charges and jumping bail, the report said.

Apparently the state lottery do not check winners for outstanding warrants, only for unpaid child support within Montana, NBC Montana reported.
