FTOPS XXIII to conclude with Sunday's Main Event16 August 2013ONCHAN, Isle of Man (PRESS RELEASE) -- There's a massive $3.3 million guaranteed to play for this weekend as FTOPS XXIII draws to a close. The Main Event, the highlight of the FTOPS XXIII calendar, takes place Sunday at 1:30 p.m. EST and features a prize pool of at least $1.5 million. A further guaranteed $500,000 is also up for grabs on Sunday in a $240 + $15 no-limit Hold'em Knockout tournament taking place at 10:30 a.m. EST. There's at least $1 million on the line during the huge two-day event (Event #35) kicking off Saturday. This $2,000 + $100 tournament will begin at 11 a.m. EST. There’s also $230,000 to play for later across the fixed limit Omaha Hi/Lo and no-limit Hold'em Rush events. The weekend's action begins today at 11 a.m. EST in a $200 + $15 no-limit Hold'em event where at least $100,000 will be won; it will be followed by a $25,000 guaranteed Stud Hi/Lo tournament with a buy in of $200 + $15. More than $8 million in prize money has been won since the series began on Aug. 4.
