INDIANA – As reported by the Indianapolis Star: "An investigation by the Indiana Gaming Commission determined the $382 million French Lick Resort Casino is over budget.

"However, it found insufficient evidence to back up claims by Lauth Property Group that billionaire Bill Cook has wrongfully interfered in the project by demanding the addition of unplanned, expensive flourishes…"
